# Navigation and Interuptions

The scan fails after I switch apps / take a call / get interrupted

**What’s happening**

* Interruptions commonly break the flow or cause missed uploads.

**What to do**

* Try to scan when you won’t be interrupted.
* Consider using **Do Not Disturb**.
* Don’t switch apps during the scan.
