# Connectivity and Upload Issues

#### The scan is slow, fails, or uploads stall

**What’s happening**

* The connection is weak or unstable.

**What to do**

* Use the most stable connection available (strong Wi-Fi or strong 5G).
* If you’re near the house and Wi-Fi is weak/keeps dropping, **turn Wi-Fi OFF and use 5G** instead.

#### The final upload screen looks stuck

**What’s happening**

* Some browsers don’t refresh properly and can look like they’re still uploading even when they aren’t.

**What to do**

* Wait **a couple of minutes**.
* If it still looks stuck, **refresh the page manually**.

In almost all cases with a good signal, the images will have uploaded successfully.
