## How to register

Registration - Simply **use the link you were sent** and (if provided) enter your **special code**.

This ensures your account is set up correctly and your scans are **free** (where included by your Mobility Provider).

* [ ] I did **not** navigate to Wondle first
* [ ] I entered my **email address**
* [ ] I entered my **special code** (if I was given one)
* [ ] I completed registration and reached the next step

### 1) Start from the link you were sent (important)

To register correctly, you must begin from the **original link** provided by your Mobility Provider.

* Open the link directly from the message you received.
* Do **not** go to Wondle first and try to register from there.

### 2) Enter your details

1. Enter your **email address**.
2. If you were given a **special code**, enter it exactly as provided.
3. Continue to complete registration.

The code and the link work together. Using both ensures your scans are correctly linked to your Mobility Provider and remain free where included.

### 3) If something goes wrong

#### It won’t accept my number plate / code

This is usually a broken or incomplete magic link.

* Send the link (or a screenshot) to **Wondle customer services** and we will issue a new one free of charge.

#### I’m being asked for payment

This usually means you registered **without using the correct link**.

* Go back to the original link and register again.
* If it says you are already registered, contact customer services and we will move your account to the right place.
