# Completing the scan

## Completing the scan

Once you’ve captured all the images, you’ll be taken to the final step to **complete and submit** the scan.

### 1) Final check: any missing requests

If any requested images have not been taken, you’ll be **reminded** before you can finish.

We recommend completing these requests wherever possible.

Even if you believe a panel is fine, a clear image helps confirm it and reduces avoidable queries later.

### 2) Upload / Submit

When you’re ready, press **Upload** / **Submit**.

* Your images will upload to the cloud
* This normally takes a few moments (longer if your signal is weak)

### 3) If the upload screen looks stuck

On rare occasions, some browsers don’t refresh properly and it can look like the upload is still running.

* In most cases, it **has uploaded successfully**
* If it still looks like it’s uploading after a couple of minutes, **refresh the page manually**

Only refresh after a short wait. With a good signal, uploads are almost always completed successfully.
